Extending reach
Dick Pizey Associates Ltd
e-learning development
With staff turn over, new technology adoption and the constant upgrade and review of processes and procedures in the workplace of today, the cost of training provision and abstractions from the workplace become a very significant consideration. We can help you extend the reach of training or information to the widest possible audience helping you deliver consistently, cost effectively and efficiently.
We specialise in small, flexible e-learning modules designed to meet your needs and, often using experts from within your own organisation, provide a bespoke product for your staff, giving your and your staff a key stake in the outcomes.
Using Adobe Connect and Adobe Captivate, together with Photoshop, rapid tailored training and information can quickly be created, often using existing training materials such as PowerPoint to provide the basis on which to build.
Interactions, voice overs, videos and knowledge checks can all be introduced to provide engaging content for the users and re-assurance for the employer that the content has been understood and can be applied as required.
Software simulations, technical manuals, as well as softer skills can all be created using your branding, and conveying the company ethos and values that you have created.

Running a conference, seminar or simliar event?
Conferences and Seminars
We are increasingly being asked to support events using our e-learning methodology to extend the audience who will benefit from the speakers and presenters sessions.
Case Study :
A multi national organisation held a conference based in the Uk with an attendance capacity of 500.
Of the 500 delegates 300 were UK based staff and the remainder a representitive sample fo staff from office loactions around the world.
With our support the conference was recorded, edited and distributed over the company intranet and was accessible to all staff to view as individuals or as groups - the messages were consistent and the delivery was cost effective and efficient
The theme and reason for the conference was to inform staff of key changes to business practice and proceedures
The delegates were tasked with delivering the content of the conference back in their offices in small work shop groups over the next month or so.
The delivery target was acheived with ease
